When you choose a trip with us, changing plans is easy!

Last Minute Changes

Spain Padel Experiences reserves the right to adjust the schedule or location of training sessions. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not impact the format or total number of training hours.
 

In case of adverse weather conditions, the organization will take all necessary measures, such as rescheduling or relocating activities to indoor facilities, to ensure that the padel experiences proceed smoothly.
 

Should force majeure circumstances prevent the activities from taking place (such as continuous severe weather, unavailability of indoor facilities or difficulties to find trainers), the organization will provide a refund for any services that were not used.

Cancellation Policy

The participant is entitled to cancel the whole experience with full refund up to 48h before arrival. Let's dive deep into every specific scenario depending on the selected package: 

  • 100% Customized

Full refund up to 48h notice if the package contains only training sessions. Packages with accommodation will have to be notified 7 days in advance.

  • Private Packages

Full refund up to 48h notice if the package contains only training sessions. Packages with accommodation will have to be notified 7 days in advance.

  • Training Camps

Full refund up to 48h notice if the package contains only training sessions. Packages with accommodation will have to be notified 7 days in advance.

  • What if I regreat and I don't want to travel and wish to cancel?
    Don't worry! We will try our best to maintain your deposit so you can select another date. If you are not sure when you will be able to travel again and prefer to have the money back we will refund 100% of the money with at least 48h notice and wish to see you in a future event. If you have accommodation we need 7 days notice.
  • Bookings with accommodation
    If cancelation on a booking that includes an accommodation, the deposit (20%) will not be refunded due to hotel policies. Refund is available up to 80% until 7 days before due date. Less than 7 days cancellations, hotel booking is not refundable.
  • What happens if it rains?
    Weather conditions are beyond our control. In case of rain, we will only cancel the padel training sessions, refunding the money in full. Unfortunately, accommodation services will not be canceled. However, if there is an opportunity to move the padel lessons to an indoor club we will try to do so, depending on availability.
  • Are airline tickets included in the packages?
    No, airline tickets are not included.
  • Transfers from the airport, included?
    No, airport transfers are not included unless you requested them before hand :)
  • Lessons for Beginners, Amateurs or Advanced players!
    Our programs are tailored to all levels, ensuring improvement and enjoyment for every participant.
  • How is the cancellation policy?
    After your 20% deposit or event after you paid 100% of the payment, everything can be refunded or modify dates. Our cancellation policies are very flexible. You have up to 48h to cancel the event (see details at Terms&Conditions).
  • I don't have a racket, can I rent one on-site?
    Yes, rackets are available for rent at our padel clubs. In fact, in most of our padel clubs we won't charge for the racket.
  • What is the difference between the Packages?
    100% Customized: here you will design your own itinerary with private lessons with or without accommodation. This is a PRIVATE package 365 days a year. Private Packages: select from our 2, 3 or 4-day PRIVATE packages available with or without accommodation 365 days a year. The main difference from the Customized Package is that here everything is set and easy to book depending on 2 days (4h), 3 days (6h) or 4 days (8h). Training Camps: here we have a significant change. This is a GROUP package where you are joining other players on pre-scheduled dates, also available with or without accommodation.
  • At what times are the training sessions?
    Most of our training sessions will run during morning time between 09-14h. Exact times of the training sessions will be shared 7 days before the event or sometimes before. We need fit our trainers and customers like a puzzle.
  • Who are the Coaches I will be training with?
    All our coaches come from the same academy and methodology led by Francisco Bover. No matter one or another that we make sure the will be fun, dynamic, great communication and responsible on your improvement.
